When my cousin died of a heroin overdose I became more interested in the issues surrounding addiction.

The video is set in a black box type space that represents one’s interior space. The uncomfortable physical experience portrayed by the man in the video represents any situation where one has lost control over oneself. The vulnerability, helplessness and fear that we see acted out mirrors how one might deal with a situation over which one has no control.

Who is in control? Are you in control? Is the ecstasy worth the agony?
