Hi, I’m Henry

I’m a product (UI/UX) designer with experience working end-to-end on innovative projects. I’ve worked both as a sole designer, and on larger cross-functional agile teams. I'm passionate about working on creative projects that focus on making the world a better place, one product at a time.

Digitising Behaviour Change

Along with a cross-functional team, I looked at how MindGym could offer a digital touch point to optimise and integrate with their current offering. I took this greenfield product from initial research phases, through multiple rounds of design iteration and testing, to release.

Measuring Behaviour Change

During my time at MindGym I took on various features of our digital initiative, MindGym’s Digital Experience (DXP), a self-directed learning platform for new managers. One feature that I worked on as the sole designer on a cross-functional agile team was to improve the COM-B experience (the idea that if you can change someone’s capability, opportunity and motivation, you can change their behaviour).

Redefining Digital Art Ownership

I was the sole product designer (UI/UX) at Reelay. The role required me to merge user-centred design with Reelay’s core business goals. I collaborated with stakeholders at every level and worked closely with the development team throughout. Through user/market outreach across Europe and the US, we were able to gather more than 100 industry participants whom we interviewed and surveyed for qualitative and quantitative analysis, used to inform our design decisions. I designed the product from its information architecture through to high-fidelity prototypes, iterating constantly based on feedback drawn from usability tests. I designed the pitch deck, logo, user flow and other marketing materials using Adobe’s Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.

Customisable Food Ordering System

Keep ‘em Rollin’ was created whilst learning from the ‘UI/UX Design Specialization’ course on Coursera. It is a website designed for users to order customisable sushi rolls.

Donate to Struggling Restaurants

Self-planned, self-designed project I undertook during the quarantine caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. I decided to create an app, designed to help restaurants survive through the shut down, whereby users could donate to restaurants for credits in the future.

For fun

Explore some of the artwork I did at university, as well as some since. You’ll find photography, paintings, video art and sculptures.
